ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

We believe in transparent pricing so you can see up front, how much your website will cost before you proceed with us.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?

The time frame will be determined by the size and complexity of your website's design and our current client design schedule. We aim to have any initial designs ready within a few weeks of confirming your order and once you've approved the draft designs, the completed website can usually be ready within a week of design approval. Once your website design is ready, you will need to provide all agreed content in order for the site to go live. 

 

DO WE USE TEMPLATES?

We start by using a Wordpress or Squarespace template as a base. We then create and build a brand new design that is unique to your needs and requirements. 

 

AFTER MY SITE IS FINISHED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

With every site we deliver, we also consider the hand-over process. We will make sure you’re comfortable with editing and creating new content. We will consider the ongoing maintenance of your site in the initial stages, so that we use a platform that will best suit your ongoing maintenance needs. 

 

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY WEBSITE CONTENT?

Once your website has been built, it's in your hands and you will have full access to edit your web pages as and when you need to do so. Because we use WordPress and SquareSpace you will be able to make lots of day to day updates and changes to your site without having to use any code. 

 

CAN YOU HANDLE OUR UPDATES AND SITE MAINTENANCE FOR US?

If you require us to handle your updates then please let us know and we can look at pricing with you and work out a plan with you.
